Kelsey is truly the most caring & considerate realtor I've ever met. & worked with. I find moving extremely stressful, but Kelsey guided me to my perfect apartment with patience, care, constant communication, and support any time I needed it. She knows a ton about the market and she truly goes above and beyond to do the best for her client & tries to make your application as strong as possible. Aside from all of that, she is a great human being overall & I feel very lucky to have met and worked with her. We had a great time working with Kelsey as our realtor while buying our first home in Canada. I needed a realtor to help me find great tenants and rent out my house in mid-town Toronto. I hear many realtors don't love doing rentals. Done right, it can be a lot of work for a much smaller commission. Kelsey was amazing. She provided support way above what I expected, which I truly appreciated. She thought of things I would not have thought of (and things I should have thought of when I was doing it myself). She did the time consuming work. I try to keep things simple. If Kelsey does that for a rental, I know who I'm calling when it comes time to sell the house.
