Kelsey is an absolute gem of a realtor! I have worked with her twice, once to find a place to rent and then to help me purchase my first condo in Downtown Toronto! I met her serendipitously when we ended up on the same soccer team and reached out to her for advice when my landlord was selling the place I was currently renting. She went over my rights as a tenant and helped me negotiate a good deal with my landlord. She then helped me find a place that I rented for a while. Then, when I was ready to dip into the real estate market, she helped me identify and find the perfect place. Once I was satisfied, she negotiated fiercely on my behalf and help me land the condo that I now own! Once, the deal was done she helped me with inspections, and setting up the place. She went above and beyond in supporting me as a first time buyer through a process I didn't understand much of. I have recommended her to a few of my friends and colleagues and they all have glowing remarks of their time working with her. Overall, when you work with Kelsey, you're not only getting a 5* realtor but a friend, therapist, interior decorator all rolled into one!

What can I say? Kelsey is a true gem amongst the realtors in the city of Toronto: - She took the time to show me all these different places, after my work hours too! (5pm) - She is quite knowledgeable of the buildings I have chosen. We even went to multiple viewing in multiple buildings in one night! - Her tech-savvyness compared to the dinosaurs in this business is A++. I got to sign things, digitally - Everything was done rather quickly; Constant communication. Top Notch Work Ethic! - I felt like I was an actual client and made it all about me. Previous realtors I've dealt with would either ghost me after ONE viewing. I never once felt like I was wasting her time unlike some other realtors -Overall, I felt like she had my best interest at heart. If I ever need to find another condo. Better Call Kelsey.
